4. Quality and Workmanship
We are committed to delivering installations and services to a high professional standard.
Our team and appointed contractors are expected to:
- Carry out work competently and responsibly
- Follow relevant technical requirements, manufacturer instructions and applicable standards
- Use appropriate materials and equipment
- Maintain suitable records where required
- Identify and address potential issues promptly
- Leave customers' properties in a safe and reasonably tidy condition following work

5. Health and Safety
